In addition, their idea of fixing things is to have cardboard/back of old products instead of drywall. There was water damage that looked to be a bit old, so that means that there could have been mold. The carpets are coming up everywhere and holes in the walls and door. Also, the garbage disposal is rusted out and illegal wires under the sink. I would avoid this apartment at all cost, the pictures and the reality are nothing alike.

I dont even live there but visiting a friend. This place does not look remotely like the pictures that is on this website. Bug infested apartment...trash everywhere... Pest control coming to spray but have yet to show up.

Ive been here 14 years, have had the the pleasure and displeasure of dealing with at least 5 different managers and so far this one is the worst. Or perhaps you want a slip and fall in the laundry room, pull your groin and hurt your back, at the same time! Me as well as another family member who lives in a different apartment have paid for higher speed fast internet and constantly have problems. Cant use that though, you'll get towed, even with handicapped plates and a placard. Only upside I can say is some neighbors are genuinely great, the management though, and their lack of professionalism is quite startling, its evident they have not done this before. Chinatown Plaza is a popular place for residents and visitors alike to enjoy local restaurants like Sushi Kaya and the Golden Tiki.
